What You’ll Need:

White vinegar or lemon juice

Baking soda (optional)

Dish soap

Microfiber cloth or sponge

Squeegee

Spray bottle

Steps to Clean Your Shower Screen:

  1. Rinse the Screen – Use warm water to remove loose dirt and soap residue.
  2. Apply a Cleaning Solution – Mix equal parts white vinegar and warm water in a spray bottle or Windex. (For tougher stains, add a few drops of dish soap or sprinkle baking soda on the screen first.)
  3. Let It Sit – Spray the solution onto the screen and leave it for 5–10 minutes to break down soap scum and water spots.
  4. Scrub Gently – Use a microfiber cloth or sponge to wipe the surface in circular motions. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, especially on frameless shower screens, as they may scratch the glass.
  5. Rinse Thoroughly – Use warm water to wash away the cleaner.
  6. Dry and Polish – Use a squeegee to remove excess water, then buff with a dry microfiber cloth for a streak-free shine.

Prevention Tips:

  • Daily Maintenance – Use a squeegee after each shower to prevent water spots.
  • Weekly Cleaning – Wipe down with a vinegar-water solution once a week.
  • Avoid powder based cleaners or cream cleansers – they may scratch or cloud the glass.
